Patient Vignette Dataset for Familial Mediterranean Fever

The following dataset includes 70 clinical patient vignettes of familial Mediterranean fever (FMF). All vignettes were obtained from published case reports and were transformed. We have modified the original case reports to fit a specific set of parameters to reduce publication bias within individual studies. This dataset can be utilized to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of large language models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT, that can be compared with that of clinicians.
