The dataset contains the graphical data from Figures 1 to 5 of the article "Abnormal blockage of water flow in valveless nanopumps". box.gro is the system configuration input for Gromacs simulations in Figure 1 of the main text, which is an ASCII gro file. traj_comp.xtc is a typical trajectory file of the system in a blocked state (833GHz). Other trajectory files are available from the corresponding author, upon reasonable request. gro files and xtc files can be viewed using VMD Software (Visual molecular dynamics, https://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/), flux.csv is the data of the flow rate generated by the system under external vibration and its variation with vibration frequency (including error bars) in Figure 2 of the main text. 384GHz.csv, 625GHz.csv, 833GHz.csv, and 1250GHz.csv are the probability density distribution data of water molecules in the 0.4 nm thick region at the narrow end of the nanotube shown in Figure 3 of the main text. The data is in ASCII matrix form. wmfloat.csv is the average number of water molecule for the LP and RP regions in Figure 4 of the main text. Fig5.opju is the origin project file for the variation of average hydrogen bond lifetime versus frequency and the probability distribution of the azimuth angle of the first layer of water molecules on the cross-section in Figure 5 of the main text.
