Proteomic Dataset of Differentially Expressed Proteins in MDA-MB-231

This dataset contains quantitative proteomic data from MDA-MB-231 triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells treated with artesunate compared to untreated control cells.Each entry includes: UniProt accession number, protein name, gene name, mean intensity values for the artesunate-treated group (Artesunate Mean) and control group (NC Mean),p-value, fold change (FC), and regulation status (UP / Down / Non-significant).Proteomic sequencing was performed at the School of Pharmacy, Xuzhou Medical University.
