Multimodal data of patients with major depressive disorder

Measurement data of 60 participants of three different groups: Healthy control (20 participants), untreated, depressed patients (20 participants) and treated patients, which did not respond to therapy (20 participants). The depressed patients were treated in clinic. For the untreated, depressed patients treatment response information is available. The information was recorded at clinic discharge. Data holds background information to the patients (NEKTOR tables), proteome measurements, lipidome measurements and metabolome measurements. For all three measurement sets, blood plasma was used as metric. Lipidome measurements are quantitative measurements by mass spectrometry, proteome and metabolome measurements were semi-quantitative (intensity measures) mass spectrometry measurements.
