This repository contains whole genome alignments for 60 species mapped to the mMyoMyo1.p genome assembly, alignments used for concatenation and coalescence phylogenomic analyses, recombination maps for Myotis myotis and Myotis brandtii generated as part of this study and the updated Myotis myotis genome assembly.
