The key factors of drug resistance with cell-cell interactions

The inductional abilities of drug resistance by the knockout of C9orf89, MAGI2, MLPH, or RHBDD2 in supporting cells were solidly confirmed by the reduction of apoptosis by cell-cell interactions. HEK293T clones of C9orf89-CRISPR-KO, C19orf70-CRISPR-KO, C21orf33-CRISPR-KO, MAGI2-CRISPR-KO, MLPH-CRISPR-KO, and RHBDD2-CRISPR-KO were established with the limiting dilution methods and conducted in the following co-culture experiment.
