This series consists of single page daily reports completed by the morning, afternoon and night shift staff at Endeavour House at Tamworth. There is space on the forms for comments by both the senior member of staff on duty and also the group leaders for the shift. Staff remarks are confined to general comments about the shift, including number of residents, any behavioural issues, and observations about how work by the residents was performed. The 1985-1986 forms are bundled into monthly booklets, arranged chronologically. The 1989 forms are loose, but also arranged chronologically.The papers are in the format of pre-printed forms, with handwritten comments by staff. Details recorded include date, unit strength, any escort details (name of resident, names of escorts, destination), visitors, work situation (names of residents working in specific areas, such as kitchen, laundry, workshop), morning shift comments (senior and group leader), afternoon shift comments (senior and group leader), recreational activities organised for residents during recreation time, and night shift comments.
