Gene expression profiling using tumor tissue grown in C57 mice exposed to 4 °C or 30 °C

To study tumor and tumor microenvironment alteration in different temperature exposure, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using tumor tissues isolated from tumor-bearing mice housed at 30 °C or 4 °C. Overall design: The tumor-bearing mice inoculated with MC38 mouse tumor cell lines were housed at 30 °C or 4 °C for two weeks. Removed tumor tissues were subjected to the RNA-seq. Differential expression analysis between three 30 °C and two 4 °C samples was compared.
