The file “Concatenated.phy” is a concatenated alignment including the genes rbcL and atpF and the non-coding atpF-A and atpA-trnR spacers. It has 37 samples and is 3130 base pairs in length. The taxa are listed as Genus_specificepithet_OTU, where the OTU is the sample number when more than one accession of a species was included in the analysis.
