We conducted ChIP-seq studies to study the effects of LSD1 inhibition on ehancer activation, LSD1 and hematopoietic TF binding in SET-2 cell line. Overall design: ChIP-seq was performed in duplicate for H3K27ac, LSD1 and hematopoietic TFs following vehicle or GSK-LSD1 treatment in SET-2 cells. Please note that processed data generated from both replicates is linked to the corresponding Rep1 sample records.
