Larix kaempferi Population Transcriptome of Immature Xylem

We built an open-pollinated population that contain 80 trees yielded from eight half-sib families of L. kaempferi. They were divided into two groups with different lignin content: HLC and LLC. To study transcription regulation of lignin content between the HLC and LLC groups, we sequenced transcriptome on immature xylem of the 80 individuals, and detemined the differently expressed genes between the two groups.
