DBTFLC

DBTFLC is a data repository and analytic platform emphasised on lung cancer specific human transcription factors which also are publicly sourced. Transcription factors, as we know, are key determinant for routine cellular function along with being overactive in cancer progression. The systematic collection and curation of transcription factors in lung cancer or its types is critically important for evaluation of their biological function as well as for developing therapeutic strategies.
