This repository contains data extracted from experiments with images obtained via optical microscope coupled via USB on a computer. The images are proportional to the frames of the Neubauer camera, these images were separated in the High, Normal and Low directories, proportional to the concentration of the quantitative red cells in each image. In the repository are files compressed with the images by the algorithms of binarization in its components. Just like the codes in Matlab.
