Particulate organic carbon and nitrogen concentrations in water samples collected at Station MARCH-1997-GN36199704603MNB06 in the Aegean Sea

For determining POC and PON concentrations 1 to 5 litres (depending on the distance of the station from the coast and the depth layer sampled) were filtered through Whatman GF/F filters (2.5 cm diam.). Then these filters were wrapped in aluminium foil and stored at -22°C until analysing in the laboratory.
