Earlier reproducibility materials for: Testing quarter-power tempo invariance in mammalian lifespan using pace-standardised scaling

This deposition is an earlier exploratory stage of the project on testing quarter-power tempo invariance in mammalian lifespan using pace-standardised scaling. It contains the reproducibility materials assembled at that stage, including focal n = 28 analyses, human-excluded analyses, and expanded-pool / robustness-subset / OLS sensitivity analyses. It includes two complementary archives: PSL_Figure_Reproducibility_Package: scripts, input workbooks, and archived example outputs used to reproduce the figures of that earlier stage. PSL_Analysis_Reproducibility_Bundle: statistical reproducibility materials for the focal n = 28 analyses, human-excluded analyses, and expanded-pool / robustness-subset / OLS sensitivity analyses. This record is retained as a provenance snapshot. The project has since been expanded to a 953-species canonical dataset with a 901-species tree-matched PGLS inference.
