Supplementary Genomic Data: Antimicrobial Resistance and Virulence Profiles of Vibrio alginolyticus Isolated from Marine Water of Saint Martin Island, Bangladesh

This dataset includes the outputs from ResFinder, CARD (Comprehensive Antibiotic Resistance Database), and VFDB (Virulence Factor Database) analyses of Vibrio alginolyticus strain NGCXV-111A, isolated from marine water of Saint Martin Island, Bangladesh. The strain was subjected to whole-genome sequencing followed by annotation and resistome/virulome analysis.
