Identification and Characterization of the Human Receptor Prolactin-Induced Protein (PIP), and the biological role of the PIP-receptor interaction in Breast Cancer.

<p class="MsoNormal">The data were obtained as part of the project entitled
Identification and Characterization of the Human Receptor Prolactin-Induced
Protein (PIP), and the biological role of the PIP-receptor interaction in
Breast Cancer.

The data set contains LC MSMS analysis- comparison of the expression of the
surface proteins MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells  from 6 biological replicates for both breast cancer cell lines and analysis identification Lc MS/MS from SDS-PAGE MDA-MB-231
cells, contains MS/MS data from three protein bands analysis. Results of
expression and purification of recombinant PIP protein and FACS analysis of CD4
receptor expression in MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cell lines.</p>
