Salsoleae Raw sequence reads. Salsoleae

The materials of our four Salsoleae species were cultivated in a greenhouse with an additional light intensity of approximately 6000 Lux. Sample collection took place between June and July 2024. Healthy seedlings were selected and transplanted into a Hoagland nutrient solution hydroponic system, with the nutrient solution replaced every three days. After 6 to 8 weeks of growth, leaf tissue samples were collected at 11:00 AM. Three biological replicates were collected for each species. The samples were ground in liquid nitrogen, frozen, and subjected to paired-end sequencing by Biomarker Technologies.
