VPRS 12901 Committee Meeting Records

This series comprises the records created by the Joint Committee on Public Accounts and Estimates (VA 3137) from 1992 to 2014. The series includes records created for meetings by its sub-committees during this time period. From 2011, meeting minutes were no longer maintained separately and all records from the committee from 2015 onwards can be found in VPRS 12625 Committee Records. There are two types of records in this series. First are agendas and minutes for the meetings. These have been placed in folders. The other type of records are the meeting papers that accompanied the agenda for each meeting. (Papers created for meetings that were cancelled owing to the calling of a State Election are also included.) Meeting papers were kept separately to the agendas and minutes. Budget papers for the Committee and Sub-committees were also included.
