Fractionation of sgControl, sgIfih1 and sgGgnbp2 in HoxA9 immortalized Rosa26-CreERT2 Adar1fl/E861A immortalised myeloid cells.

Fractionation was performed on three independent validated clones of sgControl, sgIfih1 and sgGgnbp2 Rosa26-CreERT2 Adar1fl/E861A immortalised myeloid cells. Fractionation was performed on three independent validated clones of sgControl, sgIfih1 and sgGgnbp2 Rosa26-CreERT2 Adar1fl/E861A immortalised myeloid cells. 12x106 myeloid cells (either 1 day or 3 days in 200nM tamoxifen as described above) were treated with AEBSF (0.5mM) for 30 minutes in culture media to inhibit proteases prior to lysis. 2x106 cells were taken for total RNA extraction as previously described using Bioline RNA isolation kit.
