LSP-DigiGreen-VN: key-informant responses from logistics service providers in Vietnam on digital technology, green logistics and performance (raw and cleaned files)

This record contains firm-level survey data from logistics service providers in Vietnam, collected from one key informant per firm between 7 and 17 October 2026 with a paper questionnaire; all completed questionnaires were entered into KoboToolbox by the research team. The questionnaire measures technological, organizational, environmental and human antecedents of digital technology adoption, the adoption of digital technology, green logistics practices, environmental regulatory pressure, and economic, environmental and social performance (59 seven-point items), together with a three-item marker variable, an attention check, screening questions and respondent and firm characteristics. The record includes all 270 received responses with data-quality indicators and the documented exclusion decision for each response, the 257 retained responses, a codebook with the exact Vietnamese wording and the source of every item, the questionnaire with an English translation, a measurement-validation workbook, the R script that reproduces it, and the verbatim information and consent section of the questionnaire. Firm names and other identifying information were removed before deposit. See README.txt for the file structure and coding conventions.
