Data and Figure generating code for Supplementary Figure 2 of the paper - "Breath-by-breath lung gas volume detection using GASMAS in a neonatal mannequin"

Time plots of O2 PC for the 6 measurement sessions with different respiratory rates (RR, number of breaths per minute). The red shaded region in each of the subplots represents one breath cycle with dotted and dashed lines representing the inspiration and expiration phase of that breath cycle respectively. Although all the sessions lasted 12.5 s the results presented in the figure are averaged and truncated to 6 s avoid redundancy.

Description of individual files:

Data_Supp_Fig2.mat  - .mat files with the raw time series data of PC (mean and standard deviation) for oxygen gas only for different respiratory rates (10 - 60 breaths per minute). 

Supp_Fig2.m - Matlab file (MATLAB R2020b) to generate the figure 6 from the paper (see Fig6.jpg) using the above .mat file.
