Mutations in the initiation codon of homo sapiens and capra hirucs genome

Dataset obtained by using the script ensemblMining.pl available in the dev branch of the following repository: https://github.com/fanavarro/hemodonacion. It containes several features that refer to mutations in the initiation codon of both human and goat genome.
