Datasets for CLIP: Physics-guided curriculum learning for the identification of reaction–diffusion dynamics from partial observations

This dataset contains the full numerical simulation data used in the CLIP framework (Curriculum Learning Identification via PINNs) for parameter identification in partially observed reaction–diffusion systems. Included benchmark systems:- λ–ω reaction–diffusion system- Gray–Scott model- Lotka–Volterra predator–prey system- MinDE protein oscillation model Each dataset is stored in NumPy `.npz` format and corresponds to one benchmark case. This dataset supports the experiments reported in the accompanying manuscript.
