Presences and absences of regional elected officials Hauts-de-France (mandate 2016-2021)

The presences/absences of elected representatives in the bodies of the Hauts-de-France Regional Council correspond to the reality at the meeting: physical presence or absence at bodies (plenary sessions, standing committees and thematic committees) or remotely from the standing committee of 2 April 2020. The notion is therefore binary. Unlike unjustified absences which are taken into account in calculating the reduction of elected allowances. Keeping the list of these presences/absences in the meeting makes it possible to determine whether the quorum is reached and the votes valid. This list shall be entered in the minutes of the sittings.
