RNA-seq analysis of Gomphus floccosus extract on alcoholic liver injury in mice

This project provides the transcriptomic dataset of whole liver tissues from a mouse model of alcoholic liver injury, comparing the control, injury, and Gomphus floccosus extract-treated groups. The data aims to elucidate the global gene expression changes underlying the hepatoprotective effects of this fungal extract. Subsequent bioinformatic analysis revealed that the extract's mechanism may involve the suppression of pro-inflammatory pathways and macrophage-associated responses, offering a resource for understanding natural product interventions in metabolic liver disease.
