Nitrogen Balance and Use Efficiency in Chinese Farmland

N input_output.zip: database containing nitrogen input and output data for each grid cell of Chinese farmland from 1980 to 2020; cluster.zip: results of k-shape clustering analysis. Grid cells are grouped based on their temporal patterns of nitrogen utilization; code.zip: kshape_cluster.py: script to perform k-shape clustering on the nitrogen utilization time series data; XGBoost.py: script to analyze the influence of various driving factors on farmland nitrogen use efficiency using the XGBoost method.
