收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the software and supplementary materials for the article "Composition of natural radionuclides, toxic metals, and oxides in traditional biodiversity-sourced flours: radiological risk assessment and development of the Radiological Benefit-Risk Index for Foods (IRBRF)". The study characterizes 13 native Brazilian flours and introduces the Radiological Benefit-Risk Index for Food (\(I_{RBRF}\)) to balance radiological risks with nutritional benefits. Repository contents: IRBRF.exe: Executable software with a graphical interface to calculate the \(I_{RBRF}\) score and estimate the glycemic index. README.txt: Basic repository instructions. Supp Material - Sample characterization: Geographic origin and physical properties of the analyzed flours. Supp Material - Analysis by sample category & intake: Intake parameters and cross-analysis based on plant morphology and biome. Supp Material - Regulatory comparison: Compliance assessment of toxic metal concentrations against international regulatory limits.
