Iron Factory copper screening: data and reproducibility code

Data and reproducibility code accompanying the study “Total and non-residual copper favor different screening choices in an iron factory dataset”. Authors/creators, in order: Idrees F. The release supports retrospective, fixed-count comparisons of magnetic-proxy and proximity-based screening using the supplied Excel data. It includes a metadata-sanitized workbook derivative, mapped analytical tables, portable Python scripts, numerical reference outputs, figures, a table-only comparison fixture, and reproduction instructions. Workbook metadata sanitation preserves scientific cell values, formulas and formatting; source and derivative hashes and the transformation are documented. The original source file is retained separately. The comparison is exploratory and conditional on the eligible records, target fraction and selection count. Computational reproduction does not validate sampling, extraction, calibration, quality control or field transferability; those source-documentation limitations remain unresolved. The deposited record is a data/software companion, not a manuscript preprint or evidence of journal acceptance. Licenses apply by component: MIT to the original code; Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) to the released data and documentation.
