CUT&Tag sequencing of large intestinal ILC2s from mice

To investigate the transcriptional regulation of Xbp1s in ILC2s, sorted large intestinal ILC2s from mice were used for CUT&Tag sequencing to analyze the target of Xbp1s. Overall design: Sorted ILC2s from the large intestine were cultured with IL-2, IL-7, IL-25 and IL-33. CUT&Tag experiments were performed using the antibody against Xbp1s.
