Data underlying the findings of: From chronic pain to depression: Neurogenesis-driven microglial remodeling in the hippocampal dentate gyrus

This dataset contains the consolidated and preprocessed data supporting the findings reported in the associated manuscript. It includes all behavioral, structural, and histological data obtained from rat and mouse experiments, as well as detailed Field IDs corresponding to the human cohort data used in this study. The deposited data represent the minimal dataset required to reproduce the statistical analyses and figures presented in the paper.
