Build or enroll? Contractual assembly and the rural reach of marketplace pickup-point networks in seven post-Soviet countries — replication package

Replication package for a manuscript under double-anonymized peer review. It contains all data (national pickup-point directory censuses and seeded settlement samples for seven post-Soviet countries, the governance-terms dataset with its raw partner-contract captures and SHA-256 checksums), all collection, parsing and analysis code, the three pre-registrations and seven pre-committed decision rules, and an automated verifier. One command (python3 run_all.py) regenerates every figure and runs the verifier, which holds 581 checks: 577 run from this deposit and recompute the paper's quantitative claims from the released files; 4 audit submission documents not included here and are skipped by name.
