资源简介:
The aims of this study were (i) to reconstruct and characterize genomes of ESBL-E. coli previously isolated from faecal samples of livestock, dogs, and wild mammals living in the same agricultural setting of central Chile, identifying their ST, harboured antibiotic resistance and virulence genes, and carried plasmids; (ii) use high resolution phylogenomic to assess potential ESBL-E. coli inter-species transmission within and across farms ; and (iii) to identify the potential circulation of E. coli clones of public health concern. We could identify inter-species transmission of clonal resistant strains between domestic and wild species found in geographical proximity.
