Intestinal microbiome of HOXA11os knock in (HOXA11os-KI) mice and their WT littermate controls

We assessed whether HOXA11os deficiency altered the microbiota composition in the colon, thus leading to increased susceptibility to experimental model of acute colitis. Shotgun sequencing on stool samples collected from HOXA11os-KI and WT littermate control mice demonstrated that HOXA11os deficiency had no effect on the colonialization of microbiota in the intestine under homeostatic conditions
