Data supporting 'A cross-cultural investigation of authentic leadership in the United Arab Emirates'

This dataset is based on a survey of senior leaders in the United Arab Emirates. The data was collected during October 2022 using an online survey via Qualtrics. The sample includes responses from 137 senior leaders working in the United Arab Emirates. The survey was distributed online using the Qualtrics platform. The survey was distributed in English. All identifying information, including company name and address, has been removed.
