Tanzania (2008): HIV prevention among youth 15-24 years of age in Tanzania. Round Two.

This study design is the follow up for HIV program and aims to answer questions relating to monitoring and segmentation for internal and external applications: 1. Segmentation. Among males and females, 15-24, which opportunity, ability and motivation (OAM) constructs and population characteristics are correlated with sexual abstinence, partner reduction, and condom use. 2. Monitoring. What are the levels and trends in logical framework indicators; the opportunity, ability and motivation constructs found to be correlated with behavior; and exposure to PSI activities? 3. Evaluation. Is exposure to PSI activities leading to changes in behavior, as well as changes in those opportunity, ability, and motivation factors that are found to be correlated with behavior? 4. By each risk/behavior combination, what are the levels in logical framework indicators of interest, behavior, risk, that opportunity, ability and motivation constructs found to be correlated with behavior.
