Pseudocryphonectria elaeocarpicola, a destructive fungus causing Elaeocarpus stem blight, poses serious threats to urban greening. To explore the antifungal mechanism of 3-ethylbenzaldehyde, we performed comparative transcriptomic analysis on the fungus treated with different concentrations of this compound.
