This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing relevant data generated during the production and processing of printed and dyed fabrics. It aims to figure out the production costs required for each workshop procedure, provide accurate data support for the quotation of printed and dyed fabric processing, help all enterprises in this industry formulate more appropriate quotation schemes, and deliver more precise quotation services to customers.
1. Data Collection: Collect usage data including dyeing vat startup time, water, electricity, gas consumption and other relevant indicators.
2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis and utilization.
3. Algorithm-based Processing: Perform statistical analysis on the processed data to calculate the production cost, with the formula: P = (Electricity consumption (kWh) * Electricity price + Water consumption (tons) * Water price + Steam consumption (tons) * Steam price + Dye cost + Auxiliary agent cost + Labor cost) / Total Output.
4. Data Application: Based on the calculated production cost, enterprises can reasonably quote customers, clarify their own profit margins, and better guide business order receiving.
