## **Abstract** \n\nThis dataset was supplied to the Bioregional Assessment Programme by a third party and is presented here as originally supplied. \n\nThe metadata was not provided by the data supplier and has been written by the programme based on known details at the time of writing. \n\n\n\nThe dataset is a PDF report published by Corkery & Co. Pty. Limited in 2012. It contains a map of the mine boundary for the Rocky Hill Coal Mine which was scanned and digitised to be used in subsequent analysis as part of the Bioregional Assessment.\n\n\n\nThis document has been assembled by R.W. Corkery & Co. Pty Limited on behalf of the Applicant to provide the NSW Department of Planning & Infrastructure (DP&I) and other relevant Government agencies with sufficient information to enable the Director-General's Requirements (DGRs) for an Environmental Impact Statement to be prepared for "the Proposal".\n\nThis document identifies the key environmental issues identified by the Applicant and its consultant team and outlines further investigations planned, as well as the approach to the \n\noverall design of the proposed mine. Although planning to date has adequately defined the location of most Proposal components, three options are presented for the supply of power to be used on site.
