Impact of Bacillus licheniformis from yaks on microbial diversity

our study describes the influence of the Bacillus licheniformis on the jejunal barrier and microbial composition in mice following antibiotic treatment. It was demonstrated that long-term antibiotic treatment impacted the intestinal morphology and composition of gut flora in mice inducing increased susceptibility to secondary bacterial infection and non-infectious diseases.
