Latin America: funding amount of selected agtech startups 2020

As of November 2020, investments raised by Brazil-based agricultural technology startup Solinftec amounted to approximately 60 million U.S. dollars. The company offers systems and technology for the monitoring and automation of agricultural operations. Meanwhile, Argentine agribusiness e-commerce platform Agrofy reached some 26 million dollars in funding raised. As of May 2019, the number of agricultural technology enterprises in Latin America was estimated at more than 540.
