This layer of polygons includes a selection of plots belonging to public planners, social landlords, communal property and property of Rennes Métropole. Plots have been identified by queries for the attribute “owner’s name”, for the following owners: • the municipalities of La Métropole; • municipalities owning land on another municipality (value “Other municipality”); • Rennes Métropole; • the Departmental Council of Ille-et-Vilaine; • the Brittany Region; • the State; • public planners – Territories, S.P.L.A.(Company Publique Locale d’Aménagement), SADIV (Société d’Aménagement et de Développement d’Ille et Vilaine); • social funders – Espacil Habitat, Espacil Residence, Aiguillon, Habitat 35, Family Housing, HLM Les Foyers, ICF Atlantique, OPH de Rennes Métropole; • Brittany’s public land establishment: EPF • Safer Brittany: SBAFER • The diocese • SNCF network The parcels come from the ICP vector of June 2022 and on the land data dated 01/01/2022.
