"Power Points" was a bi-monthly magazine published for the staff of Sydney County Council and Sydney Electricity. It provided social news and human interest stories documenting the activities and interests of staff including weddings, births, holidays, home renovation, garden design, retirements, milestones and awards, hobbies, sporting achievements and social events.In 1995, due to escalating printing costs and a restructuring of the Editorial and Production group, Power Points became a much slimmer publication. No. 5 of 1995 was issued by both Sydney Electricity and Orion Energy as, by late 1995, the process of merging these two organisations had commenced.
