Compliance with Law No 190/2012, Article 1(32)
收藏资源简介:
Pursuant to Article 1(32) of Law No 190/2012, the contracting authorities are required to publish, on their institutional websites, the information relating to the procedures for selecting the contractor, the data required by law to ensure the transparency of administrative activity. For this purpose, CIVIT, by means of Resolution 50/2013 – Annex 1, provided an indication to ensure the timely updating of the data. The law also provides – by 31 January of each year – for the publication of tables summarising the data relating to previous years, freely downloadable in open standard digital format, to be transmitted digitally to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC). The XML files define in detail all the information relating to the award procedures launched during the previous year, even if pending the award (without prejudice to compliance with the principle of confidentiality of tenders) and to the procedures for which the contracts are in progress during the period in question or for which the data have been amended and/or updated, as indicated in Resolution no. 39 of 20 January 2016.This dataset contains the xml files that are transmitted annually and the corresponding csv files obtained from the xml. It should be noted that csv files may contain multiple records for each IGC depending on the number of participants and/or contractors.
