GNPS-Metabolomics investigation of Carfilzomib's effects on renal function

Carfilzomib is anti-neoplastic agent indicated for multiple myeloma. The drug has been associated with heart toxicity with hypertension being the most common one. As the proper renal function plays crucial role in blood pressure regulation, this study investigates Carfilzomib's effects on kidneys. A targeted-metabolomics based methodology has been implemented using an in-house metabolites data base.
