annot_205.parquet — columns: Predictor followed by 205 annotation features. One row per SNP. 205 functional annotations derived from [BLD-LDAK annotations a1~a65 | Chromosome index c1~c22 | Enformer PC1~PC20 | eQTL t0~t48 | sQTL s0~s48] HDL_r2-cut_0.01_lr0.001_noamb.ind.her.pos.adaptive — 2 columns: Predictor, Heritability (adaptive-shrinkage h²). Positive subset only. HDL_r2-cut_0.01_lr0.001_noamb_snps.adaptive.txt — 1 column: Predictor. The SNP list matching the .pos.adaptive file above. Derived from publicly available resources: BLD-LDAK annotations (LDAK), Enformer, and GTEx eQTL/sQTL statistics. Please cite the original sources when using these annotations.
