Transcriptional profiling of HTR8/SVneo cells with or without ITGB1 knockdown

Integrins are important transmembrane receptors with signaling properties. Previous studies demonstrated that the expression of integrin beta1 was elevated in invasive trophoblasts and participated in trophoblasts invasion. To further investigate the role of integrin beta1 in human extravillous trophoblast cells, we explored the transcription profile of HTR8/SVneo cells after transfection with 20 nM si-ITGB1 or 20 nM si-Ctrl for 48 hours based on the Illumina sequencing platform. Differentially expressed genes of two groups were analyzed to study the impact of ITGB1 knockdown on transcriptomes of HTR8/SVneo cells.
