资源简介:

This document is deposited in Zenodo for the purpose of public record, academic transparency, and long-term preservation. As the applicant in the case Lorena Granada Ramírez v. Norway before the European Court of Human Rights, I serve here in the role of a documentator. My objective is not activism but the systematic documentation of structural irregularities observed within the Norwegian judicial system. The material presented here forms part of a supplementary submission to the European Court of Human Rights. ECHR materials: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xbjRd9wx1y8RIld0AGqAYnQ1qb3wSYqD It highlights the structural conflict of interest created by the continued employment relationships between Norway’s ECtHR judges and the Norwegian Supreme Court — a situation that raises concerns about both actual and apparent judicial independence under Article 21 of the Convention. This deposit is intended to: Ensure a publicly accessible, timestamped record of the supplementary submission; Contribute to transparency regarding structural judicial conditions in Norway; Support academic and legal analysis of independence, human rights compliance, and systemic governance patterns; Provide future observers, researchers, and institutions a verified archival source independent of Norwegian national authorities. No interpretation or commentary is offered beyond the factual content of the submission. The purpose is documentation, preservation, and accountability through open access. Author’s Note: This archive reflects my position as a documentator. I recognize that the national system may not respond, correct itself, or acknowledge these structural issues. Therefore, I rely on international transparency and public preservation to ensure that these materials remain available for future examination beyond national administrative control.
