Precursory Cloud Signals Prior to the Onset of Localized Precipitation: Insight gained from the Millimeter-Wave Cloud Radar Network in China

1.LP_events.csv is the identification record of localized precipitation events in 2024. 2.CBH_prior_rainfall_120min.nc and TDR_prior_rainfall_120min.nc are the evolution data of cloud base height, reflectivity, and turbulent dissipation rate 120 minutes prior to the localized precipitation in 2024. 3.NCFAD_prior_rainfall.nc shows the evolution of the Normalized Contoured Frequency by Altitude Diagram (NCFAD) 120 minutes prior to LP events, and Z_profile_prior_rainfall.nc shows the evolution of the reflectivity profile. 4.PDF_descent_rate.nc and PDF_Z.nc are the Probability Density Functions of cloud base descent rate and reflectivity, respectively, while Joint_probability.nc is the joint probability density of cloud base descent rate and reflectivity. 5. A 'nan' value in the data indicates a missing value.
