Changes of gut microbiota in liver transplant recipients

To investigate the changes of gut microbiota in liver transplant recipients from northeast China during perioperative and follow-up periods.The 16S rRNA sequencing technology was used to analyze 257 gut microbiota samples from 85 adult liver transplant recipients in Northeast China during the perioperative and 1-year follow-up periods. We analyzed the gut microbial diversity, differential abundance of bacterial genera, phenotype classification and metabolic pathways in liver transplant recipients at different time points.
